The Wine

As an accountant he used to advise on how to run businesses. But he had never run one. So he joined a winery to get some experience and never looked back, setting up on his own in 2006. He’s already gained a listing in James Halliday’s definitive Australian Wine Guide. As for Semillon, well, no variety is more closely aligned to Australia’s sense of individuality.
