The Wine
Guillaume Bonzoms is a third generation winemaker in charge at an award winning cellar close in France’s Languedoc. Their approach is to be “innovative, creative and loyal to the philosophy that a glass of wine simply has to be delicious”. They deliver on that promise with the latest release of this much loved Chardonnay. Guillaume works closely with local growers and enjoys privileged access to the very best grapes of the vintage. 2015 was a brilliant year in the Languedoc, particularly for Alma Cersius – a stony vineyard where hot sun and cooling breezes produce super-ripe, intensely aromatic fruit. Fermented at a cool temperature for extra freshness, this superb Chardonnay makes an appetising glass with chicken, creamy pasta or fish pie.

"Pleasant to drink. A nice finish of citrus and peach. Will definitely order again. 5-Stars"
