Now the region has a worldwide reputation for dazzling fresh whites. Sauvignon loves the climate here – just taste the grassy fresh notes of this appetising white. You could easily mistake it for the Loire. This new release is from a family estate founded in the 13th century – indeed the watch tower from this era still stands proud. Today the family has 60 hectares of vines growing a range of native and international white grapes. Cool fermented, this is a deliciously aromatic white, great anytime – on a picnic, in the garden and with lighter dishes.
