Nearly all the fruit is Cabernet Sauvignon taken from a grower who immaculately tends his vineyards in the premium Limestone coast, most notably in Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. These cooler areas lend real finesse and depth to the wine, while a small portion of McLaren Vale Shiraz adds warm raspberry spice. These vats seem to complement each other perfectly and are flattered by a gentle touch of oak. Full flavoured with excellent structure and length, this red will measure up well next to roast lamb or beef.
